Paso Picacho at Cuyamaca State Park Car Camp – August 23-24

Explore Stonewall Peak and the Green Valley Creek swimming holes as you spend a night in Cuyamaca State Park.
The hike to Stonewall Peak (elevation 5,700 feet) is four miles round trip and offers breathtaking views of the deserts to the east, the coast to the west, and Lake Cuyamaca. Sunday will be highlighted with a swim at the creek in the Green Valley Campground.
Cost: $30/per person
This trek is open to 12 scouts/adults total so spaces may fill up quickly. Note the deadline for trek forms to be turned-in is Monday, August 11th. Trek forms can be turned into Mr. Nance at the August 3rd or August 11th troop meetings or emailed to him.
An SPL, one cookmaster and one asst. cookmaster is needed for this trek.
