Here’s your last chance to sign up for Summer Camp.  We have a rare opportunity to attend Camp Kern this summer instead of Holcomb Valley.  Holcomb Valley was cancelled due to lack of interests and funding.
The cost is $400, and please submit this amount to Loanne Cheung by Thursday, April 30, night and the only catch is that we need adult drivers. Depending on the number of scouts interested, I’ll need adult volunteers to attend camp.  Scouts already going to Circle X - July 5 may not change to this camp since the troop already paid Circle X.
Camp Kern is located in the western Sierra Nevada mountains east of Fresno, so it’s a long drive.  This is a chance in a lifetime.  Check out their website: http://www.sscbsa.org/campkern.  Watch the video.  Troop 767 from Olivenhein is going that week also.  Please let me know if you have any questions.

They have the following in addition to the usual list of merit badges:
1.  ACE program (Advanced Camper Experience)
2.  Path to Eagle
3.  Horsemanship Merit Badge
4.  Free time to work on Path to First for scouts who only need a few requirements for first.

Here’s the entire program guide if you would like to take a look:
