What kind should I get? A mummy bag is the best. I personally like Holofill™ sleeping bags better than down. Down bags are filled with soft feathers and are very warm for their size and weight. Holofill™ bags are filled with synthetic fibers that weight slightly more than down and don't stuff into as small of a bag, but if you get it wet, it won't get you cold. If you get down wet, the feathers clump together which makes no dead air space (what keeps you warm) thus making them useless
